The Anglo-saxons gained access to the technology of writing, a lot of churches and monasteries founded throughout the Anglo- Saxon kingdoms went on to become key centers of learning and education. Today’s modern day hero has similarities and differences than Anglo Saxon hero the two heroes each have different reasons.
Anglo-Saxon hero also fights differently than a modern day hero. One thing is that they both want to improve the society that they come form.
